Encourage employees to become Trailblazers mentors
Provide training and/or employment opportunities to our mentees
Help upskill Traiblazers’ volunteers
Fundraise for the charity (e.g., team challenges, walks/runs, employee donation matching, or with other ideas you may have.)
Raise awareness about Trailblazers through their communications channels
Trailblazers offers workshops to support companies recruiting and onboarding people who have criminal records
